Marriage - What do you think of it ?

Ring the bell! What do you think of marriage? I just saw a clip at my friend's blog, my childhood neighbour friend, his sister got married on the 20th. Too bad I cannot attend her wedding dinner =( Blame it on November Sierra. If given a choice, I guess many people would choose not to serve the nation, therefore the conscript system, but fuck it.

Back to the topic, what do you think of marriage? Is marriage a bliss? Is it true that every female wants to be in that wedding gown? Well, what I personally feel about marrige.. hmm. I think a marriage is a good thing, anyway love is slowly losing your mind. I wanna have a dream home, with big glass windows, together with the one I love. But then again, you can't talk love to me, I'm a hard nut to crack. 

I feel happy for my neighbour (the bride of course, she's also my neighbour), I hope she's in good hands :D 

When will it be my turn? Well I don't know, maybe I might get married to my own vehicle in future, or maybe a big dog. Hah.

2 down, the last one to go

Right, currently 2 field camps are over and the final one still stands. Monday having another outfield, this time at P.Tekong, 4d3n. Outfield really sucks, feeding the mosquitoes and bugs is part of it. Hopefully the week ends real fast, so that the remaining 4 weeks will be slack (not as in really slack, but not as rush). 

Went Orchard (that's rare!) to shop for CNY clothings but apparently I only got a tee, I'm picky. Too bad but that's me! Deal with it. Then went chinatown (the crowd sucks!) ktv, hmm didn't really like going to ktv, but oh well. After that watched 27 dresses at The Cathay last night with the same old people, that movie's not bad, quite entertaining. Then went prata house to have prata (duh!), and sent Minglong and Huimin back. Real tired, I'm physically & mentally shagged.

Short post, nothing much to blog about. No pictures!

Specially for Lina

This post is done specially for Lina. As I am rushing for time, this post will be speedily done (hopefully). We're not supposed to talk about our training with regards to NS, so I shall cut down on this sector to minimise trouble caused for myself. Major activities for this week, field camp. Always the same thought to field camp - sucks. However to train to become a soldier, most of the time the load we carry is always heavy, the gun, the tools, the jacket, water bag, water bottle so on and so forth. People say that I've turned darker and slimmed down (I hope my face slimmed down too :D), and with regards to that, sad to say I have field camp again on tuesday till friday. And you thought that it's over, nope! The week after I have yet another field camp, 3x in a row! Whoohoo BEAT THAT !

Overall, down with NS.

Met my section buddy's girlfriend (together with him of course -_-), Huimin, after we booked out from camp. Went to eat dinner at JP with some of my section mates, then chat while we were on our way back, same direction but different destination. I was the last to leave the train for they alighted at Ang Mo Kio. Then in the night, I went to brother's house, she's going to shift house already. That's a good news cause I have one less person to fetch :D Hahaha, of course I was just kidding. Anyway we still can meet up, but only if time permits. How nice it would be to be able to stop time. Talking about that, I'm turning 21st soon. With that I welcome myself to the adult world and I don't have plans on what to do next.

Birthday celebrations, used to like them alot but as time goes by,  everything seems to be the same. Unless something special really happened, I feel so anti social, turning into an introvert.

Gosh! What a packed week.

It's been a packed week. Being LSM suck big time, sometimes I wonder why did I say yes to command school. It seems that I'm suffering inside, ugh but then again, no pain no gain. Field camp next week and that sucks! Next week is practically a week for long 4s. Having range on monday, need to go to Mandai area for topo on tuesday, and lastly FIELD CAMP ON WEDNESDAY. OMFG! Tough times don't last tough men do? Oh well, I don't know. I feel lazy.

Went to The Crew Room, Selegie area, to celebrate Daryl's 21st birthday. I sat awhile before moving off because I need to head down to airport to send Yongming off to Taiwan. I saw many faces that I wanted to see, but somehow they MIA-ed. People like Rouwei, Grace, Meifang, JIA LU DING (Geraldine), Jane. Used to talk to them alot in poly, but now everyone's not free and that includes myself! NS NS NS NS NS NS. I hope I can get out from it.. who doesn't?! Went T1 to send Yongming then head to T3 to walk about with them. Nothing much since the last visit there, only shops were opened this time. Do not support the Popeye there, fucking bad service. Stupid frontline crew, so rude. Bitch!

Double Promotion? Oh my god ..

Days in SISPEC are really taking a toll on me, both physically and mentally. After taking charge of my own platoon for around 2 days, this time round I'm appointed to take charge of the whole company which consists of 3 platoons. Holy Crap! I never expected that to happen, for I thought that I could relax and sleep with a piece of mind but nonetheless, some things just happen. I'm scared seriously, I feel that I lacked the leadership qualities. Sigh!

There's one good news though, I got my appointment for pilot selection interview. This stage is the one I feared the most. Now I just got to do my best, it's not like I can really become a pilot, there are still many criterias to meet. I really hope I can get my piloting license. For the money, and  for the pride as a pilot.

I'm having a bad day .. I feel demoralised and I feel depressed :(

Happy new year to all folks out there, so have your new year celebration been fun & exciting? Well, mine's definately not! I did my countdown in the SHELL petrol kiosk near my home as I was topping up fuel for my car. Didn't make it in time to join them at Joel's house. I tried to reach there as fast as possible, luckily the traffic wasn't bad and I managed to reach his place before the song that I'm playing ends. 

Before the new year came, we went town to relax. Didn't do anything much, just like what Joel said, "It's not the place that we're going, it's about the people around you." Kinda make sense, I supposed Yongming told that to him. Went to the arcade, then ate at East Ocean Resturant @ Shaw Plaza. Gathered around, took quite a number of photographs. Siewkoon! You didn't join us in the end, I'm so sad. Oh well, maybe next time!
